It is a comprehensive enterprise integrating yarn production (ATY), weaving and trading.
Blackout fabric is not the same as regular fabric with a lining. While both blackout fabric and lined fabric can provide some level of light control, they differ in their construction and light-blocking capabilities.
Blackout Fabric:
Specifically designed to block out light, blackout fabric is made with a special backing or coating that prevents light from passing through. This backing is often opaque and may include multiple layers to enhance light-blocking properties.
Blackout fabric is highly effective in creating complete darkness in a room, making it ideal for bedrooms, home theaters, and other spaces where total light control is desired.
It not only blocks light but can also offer additional benefits such as improved insulation, noise reduction, and increased privacy.
Regular Fabric with Lining:
Regular fabric with lining typically involves adding a separate layer of lining material to the back of the primary fabric. The lining may be made of materials like cotton, polyester, or a combination of fabrics.
While lined fabric can provide some level of light control, it may not offer the same degree of blackout capabilities as dedicated blackout fabric. Light may still filter through the fabric and the lining to some extent.
Lined fabric is often used for decorative purposes and to enhance the drape and durability of curtains or drapes.
Blackout fabric is specifically engineered to block out light completely, usually through the inclusion of specialized coatings or backing materials. Regular fabric with lining, on the other hand, may provide some light control but might not achieve the same level of darkness as blackout fabric.
